About Me
Doctor-led, gentle sleep support for families who want calm nights without compromising connection.
I’m dr Olivia
I’m Olivia – a medical doctor, certified sleep consultant, and mum – and I support families through one of the most vulnerable and overwhelming stages of early parenthood: sleep deprivation.
My work is grounded in science, shaped by real life, and guided by compassion. I help parents understand their baby’s sleep, respond with confidence, and build routines that feel gentle, realistic, and sustainable.
My journey into infant sleep began when my first child struggled with sleep. Despite my medical background, I found myself overwhelmed by conflicting advice, unrealistic expectations, and approaches that didn’t sit right with me as a parent.
I wanted clarity. I wanted evidence.
And most of all, I wanted an approach that felt kind – to my baby and to myself.
That experience led me to formally train as a certified sleep consultant, combining my clinical expertise with a deep understanding of infant development, attachment, and family dynamics. Today, I support families through newborn sleep, regressions, nap challenges, early rising, and toddler transitions.
“You don’t need to do more – you just need the right support.”
My Approach
Gentle. Individualised. Evidence-Based.
I don’t believe in rigid schedules, prescriptive rules, or forcing babies to sleep in ways that don’t feel right for families.
Instead, I work alongside parents to:
-
Understand their baby’s temperament and sleep needs
-
Build confidence through education and practical guidance
-
Create sleep solutions that fit real life, not perfection
Every family I work with receives personalised support, not a generic plan. My goal isn’t just better sleep – it’s helping you feel calm, informed, and capable.
Who I Work With
I support families who:
-
Want gentle, responsive sleep support
-
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting or unrealistic advice
-
Value evidence, empathy, and flexibility
-
Want to improve sleep without sacrificing connection or feeding choices
Whether you’re navigating newborn sleep or feeling stuck at a later stage, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you understand what’s happening, feel supported, and move forward with confidence.
If you’re tired, unsure, or simply ready for things to feel easier, I’d love to support you
